Where do you ship?
We currently ship to addresses in the United States only.
How much is shipping?
Standard shipping is a flat $5.99, and free on orders of $99 or more. The shipping cost is shown in your cart before checkout.
Why did my order arrive in more than one package?
Items are shipped by fulfillment partners in the United States and can ship from different locations. Each package gets its own tracking number.
How do I track my order?
We email tracking as soon as your order ships. You can also use the link in your order confirmation email or visit our Order Tracking page.
How do sizes fit?
Check the size chart on each product page before ordering. Measurements are listed in inches.
Can I return or exchange an item?
Contact us with your order number before sending anything back. See Returns & Refunds for details. For a different size, request a return and place a new order.
My item arrived damaged or incorrect. What do I do?
Contact us with your order number and a photo of the item and its label.
