Check your order status
There are two ways to see your order status and tracking:
- From your email: open your order confirmation or shipping confirmation email and select View your order.
- From your account: sign in with the email address you used at checkout. You'll receive a one-time code, then you can see all your orders and their tracking.
When tracking appears
Tracking is added when your order ships. Items in one order can ship separately, so you may receive more than one tracking number. It can take up to 24 hours after a shipping email for the carrier to show the first scan.
